Welcome to Yoyosound (“we,” “us,” or “Yoyosound”). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us or that is associated with you when you use our website, applications, and APIs (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and your rights and choices. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
Note: This policy applies to Yoyosound consumer services for individual creators. If you use our Service under an enterprise or custom contract, the terms of that agreement prevail.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you register an account, sign in, purchase a membership or credits, contact support, or participate in activities, we may collect:

1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Payment providers: Such as Alipay, which return payment results and transaction IDs to us (we do not store your full payment password or bank card number).
- Security and anti-fraud partners: To detect unusual logins, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
- AI and infrastructure providers: Technical processing necessary to generate, store, and deliver music (bound by contract not to use your content beyond agreed purposes).
2. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Provide and maintain the Service — Account registration, sign-in, music generation, saving works, download/export, membership and credit settlement.
- Improve and develop — Analyze product usage, fix bugs, optimize model performance and user experience (where permitted by law and you have not opted out).
- Personalization — Recommend features, templates, or interface language based on your preferences.
- Communications — Send service notices, billing, security alerts, and (with your consent) marketing messages.
- Security and compliance — Detect abuse, infringement, or illegal content; fulfill legal obligations; protect the rights of users, us, and the public.
- Dispute resolution — Handle refund requests, complaints, and legal disputes.
We may aggregate or de-identify information so it cannot directly identify you, and use it for statistics and research. Unless required by law, we will not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.
AI Training
- We will not use works you mark as private or non-public for publicly available model training products without your explicit consent.
- We may use de-identified or aggregated usage data to improve system security and performance.
- If we later offer a separate toggle for “allow use for model improvement,” the in-product setting will govern.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

If you set works to public or generate shareable links, that content may be accessed by others. Please choose sharing scope carefully.
4. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, for example:
- While your account is active — Account data and creation records until you delete your account.
- Transactions and finance — Order and invoice-related information may be retained for statutory periods under tax and payment compliance requirements.
- Security and disputes — Records related to suspected violations, fraud, or litigation may be retained for a reasonable extended period.
- Deletion requests — After you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including but not limited to transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls, log auditing, and vendor security assessments.
Please note: No method of transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure. If you notice unusual account activity, contact us immediately.
6. Your Rights and Choices
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Delete your account and related personal data;
- Withdraw consent for processing based on consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal);
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities;
- Obtain a copy (data portability, where technically feasible).
How to exercise your rights:
- Sign in to Yoyosound → Mine → account and security settings (when available);
- Email privacy@yoyosound.ai (subject: “Privacy Rights Request”) with information sufficient to verify your identity.
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the personal data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
7. Minors
The Service is intended for users aged 16 or older (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction).
If you are under 18, you should use the Service only after your guardian has read and agreed to this policy.
If we learn that we have collected information from a minor without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Maintain login sessions;
- Remember language and interface preferences;
- Measure traffic and performance;
- Mitigate security risks such as CSRF.
You may refuse certain cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.
If we use non-essential cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, we will obtain your consent where required by applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you in advance via website notice, in-app notification, or email, and indicate the new effective date.
If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated policy; if you do not agree, please stop using the Service and delete your account.
